Ein Abitur ist nicht erforderlich. Die Ausbildung dauert zwei bis drei Jahre. Sie arbeiten dabei in einem Betrieb und lernen in einer Berufsschule Wichtiges f\u00fcr den Beruf. Manchmal k\u00f6nnen Sie bei dem Unternehmen, bei dem Sie Ihre Ausbildung gemacht haben, sp\u00e4ter auch weiterarbeiten. Sie verdienen w\u00e4hrend der Ausbildung etwa 500 bis 1000 Euro monatlich. Seit 2020 gibt es eine Mindestverg\u00fctung f\u00fcr Auszubildende. Sofern Sie Ihre Ausbildung ab dem 01.01.2024 begonnen haben, liegt diese bei 649\u20ac und steigt mit jedem weiterem Ausbildungsjahr. Es gibt aber auch Ausnahmen von dieser Pflicht, etwa sofern in dem Unternehmen ein Tarifvertrag besteht.<\/p>\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen eine Ausbildung machen, wenn Sie eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis haben. Mit der Duldung oder Aufenthaltsgestattung brauchen Sie dazu die Erlaubnis der Ausl\u00e4nderbeh\u00f6rde (Hammer Str. 30-34, vereinbaren Sie vorher einen Termin: +49 40 42899 2288, Montag, Dienstag, Donnerstag und Freitag 8 \u2013 13 Uhr). Sie k\u00f6nnen die Arbeitserlaubnis fr\u00fchestens nach drei Monaten in Deutschland beantragen.<\/p>\n<p>Wird Ihr Asylantrag abgelehnt, w\u00e4hrend Sie sich in einer Ausbildung befinden, k\u00f6nnen Sie eine Ausbildungsduldung beantragen, um Ihre Ausbildung fortzusetzen. Nach Abschluss der Ausbildung kann die Duldung zur Arbeitssuche um sechs Monate verl\u00e4ngert werden.<br \/>\nBrechen Sie die Ausbildung ab, k\u00f6nnen Sie einmalig eine sechsmonatige Duldung f\u00fcr die Suche nach einem neuen Ausbildungsplatz beantragen.<br \/>\nEine Ausbildungsduldung kann Ihnen dann versagt werden, wenn bereits eine Abschiebungsanordnung erteilt wurde oder konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Aufenthaltsbeendigung aufgenommen wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Anstelle einer Ausbildungsduldung k\u00f6nnen Sie ebenfalls eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis zur Berufsausbildung f\u00fcr ausreisepflichtige Menschen beantragen. Hierzu muss der Lebensunterhalt gesichert sein und die Passpflicht erf\u00fcllt werden. Anders als bei der Ausbildungsduldung, gestattet diese dem Inhaber etwa Reisen in das Ausland und erleichtert eine Aufhebung der Wohnsitzauflage. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird die Zeit in Ausbildung auf die Voraufenthaltszeit f\u00fcr die Niederlassungserlaubnis angerechnet. Besteht bereits eine Ausbildungsduldung, ist f\u00fcr den Wechsel zu einer Aufenthaltserlaubnis zur Berufsausbildung f\u00fcr ausreisepflichtige Menschen ein Antrag n\u00f6tig.<\/p>\n<p>In jedem Fall sollten Sie sich vor einem Antrag auf Ausbildungsduldung oder f\u00fcr eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis zur Berufsausbildung f\u00fcr ausreisepflichtige Menschen umfassend rechtlich beraten lassen.<\/p>\n<p>In den meisten F\u00e4llen werden Sie erst ab einem Sprachniveau B2 zu einer Ausbildung zugelassen.
